EYC Academy – Marketing Campaign

Noble Octopus worked with Elevate Your Clinic to successfully launch their EYC Academy, through a social media marketing campaign and event launch.

The 6 week marketing campaign was designed to create industry interest surrounding the launch of the EYC Academy. The campaign focussed on two key events – An introductory offer for early adopters of the product, and a launch event and associated competition.

Having been involved in the EYC Academy project from the beginning, we had a good understanding of the product and it’s development. The initial concept for the EYC Academy focussed on the idea of the stages of a rocket, and we built on this to develop our campaign strategy. We developed the tagline ‘Prepare to set off on the journey to your dream therapy clinic’ which led the copy for the campaign. Our imagery then focussed around the idea of a rocket launch, with the audience following the journey of the EYC Academy rocket from being built, to sitting on the launch pad, through to launch and then finally on its journey to the ‘dream therapy clinic.’ Our concept of the dream therapy clinic tied in with the imagery we had used within the EYC Academy learning platform. A planet was created, combining the 6 graphics used to represent the courses within the Academy.

The story was built into a 6 week social media strategy, including scheduled posts for Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin – identified as EYC’s strongest social media audiences. These posts ran alongside EYC’s own podcast and Youtube channel, which ran consistently themed content throughout the campaign. The campaign centred around the countdown to launch, and invited the audience to ‘access their launch codes’ which gave an exclusive discount on membership.

The EYC Academy was scheduled to launch on the same day as a large industry event – Therapy Live. This event would see thousands of members of the target market meet for a virtual conference. With EYC exhibiting at this event, Noble Octopus also created a suite of marketing collateral, including billboards, banner advertisements and popups. With the product having launched at this point, our campaign now focussed on the ‘journey’ with the rocket in flight, and the Academy graphics in view.

Completing the project, EYC have been provided with the full suite of marketing collateral created during the campaign, allowing them to utilise it in future, and keep consistency across future campaigns.
